Virtual Results uses your WorkOS account identity, chosen Google Calendar ID, and the phone number and email address you provide to deliver calendar reminders by text message, phone call, and email, depending on the channels you turn on. WorkOS holds your Google authorization and refreshes access; our service reads selected calendar events shortly before their start. We store your calendar selection, phone verification and consent, your channel choices, and a reminder delivery record with the event ID and start time. We do not store full calendar event descriptions in our database.
We use Cloudflare to host this service and Telnyx to deliver text messages, phone calls, and email. A text or email reminder sent through Telnyx can include the event title, start time, a link to the event, and your phone number or email address. A phone-call reminder is an automated spoken message to your phone number that says a meeting is about to start; it does not read out the event title. We do not sell or share mobile information with third parties for promotional or marketing purposes. SMS opt-in data and consent are used only for Calendar Alerts messaging and are not shared with third parties or affiliates for their marketing.
Reminders are paid for with prepaid credit, and payments are processed by Stripe. When you add credit, Stripe collects your payment details on its own checkout page; we do not receive or store your card number. We store your Stripe customer identifier, your organization, and a record of credit purchases and of each delivered reminder charged to your credit (channel, amount, and time), and we send Stripe usage events for those charges. Stripe handles that information under its own privacy policy.
