Questions
Which calendars does it read?
Google Calendar. After you connect, you pick one calendar from the list your Google account can read. Only that calendar triggers reminders.
What does it not alert?
All-day events and cancelled events. Only timed events get a reminder, one per event, about five minutes before the start.
How do I pause or stop?
On your setup page you can pause reminders, optionally with an automatic restart date, switch individual channels off, or disconnect Google Calendar, which stops reminders until you connect and save a calendar again.
What do STOP and HELP do for texts?
Reply STOP to opt out of texts. Reply HELP for help and a link to your settings. Message and data rates may apply. See the text terms.
Where does my data go?
WorkOS holds your Google authorization. We read selected calendar events shortly before they start and keep your calendar choice, phone verification and consent, and a delivery record with the event ID and start time, not full event descriptions. Cloudflare hosts the service, Telnyx delivers texts, calls and email, and Stripe handles payments. Details are in the privacy notice.
